Compared with traditional steel grades, EN 10025-6 high-strength steel plates have lower steel strength, longer service life and lower production and operating costs, so they have been widely used in various industries. The strength characteristics of steel are achieved through alloying, special hot rolling conditions (controlled, normalizing or thermomechanical rolling) and heat treatment (quenching and tempering, normalizing).
