The basic principle of en S690QL steel, heat treatment of steel: put the metal workpiece in a certain medium and heat it to a suitable temperature, keep it in this temperature for a certain time, and then cool it at different speeds. Objective: to obtain the desired structure and properties by means of heating, heat preservation and cooling, so as to make the metal workpiece have the required mechanical, physical and chemical properties.

With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of en S690QL steel will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of en S690QL steel will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of en S690QL steel. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the en S690QL steel strength increases and the plasticity decreases.
The elongation and section shrinkage of en S690QL steel increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.

According to the monitoring of the Iron and Steel Association, at the end of October, the China Steel Price Index (CSPI) was 107.34 points, an increase of 1.24 points or 1.17% from the end of last year; the price of CIOPI imported iron ore during the same period was US6.38/ton, an increase of US.86/ton from the previous month, an increase of 28.57%. The price increase of iron ore is significantly greater than that of steel, and the impact on the production costs of steel companies will gradually become apparent, greatly reducing corporate profitability.
